“Honest Review of my Stay.”

I really enjoyed my stay at Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club. The room was spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, changing the bed linens and towels and keeping everything spotless. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. Hotels, shopping centers, and the beach club were just a few minutes away, and it was also very convenient that many excursions departed directly from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The facilities were also very nice, especially the large and clean swimming pool. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I hope to come back soon!

Honestly, I didn't experience any problems during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with my experience.

la atención de las chicas de atención no es la mejor; además el tiempo de espera para registrarse es demasiado largo, se nos hace esperar mucho tiempo. otro comentario es que quise comprar un licuado en el área de alimentos (starbucks) y no se me pudo atender porque la señora que los prepara se acababa de retirar y si quería debia esperar. Entonces me retiré porque traía un poco de prisa

Me encanto que por hacer la reserva por booking me dieron un trato de cliente preferente, me dieron upgrade de piso PH, la atención personalizada y el detalle en l habitación de bienvenida, las bebidas de cortesía y el.acceso al club de playa

Que yo no tenia mas tiempo disponible para quedarme mas dias.
