le matelas très dur, l'espace salles de bain pas très pratique ni confortable. Beaucoup d'humidité, pas d epossobolite d'aérer.

El personal fue encantador. Vieron que nos estaba costando entenderles y usaron una app para hablar con nosotros sin dificultad. El desayuno estaba genial. Te dejan unos pantalones y unas pantuflas para que las puedas usar.

La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un edificio aparte.

“Convenient. Cheap. Pillows definitely need to be replaced. A whole bunch of super flat pillows gave all of us a neck ach”

It was pretty child friendly with a slide in the lobby and mini play area in the 2nd floor was great but play area on the 2nd floor was alittle dusty so I do hope it’ll be cleaned up.

Everyone at the reception was great and friendly! There was 1 particular housekeeping woman a little middle aged probably in her 40s or 50s extremely grumpy and rude. We put a make up our room sign, our blankets were alittle dirty from kids food stain so we folded our blankets and placed it on the floor to be changed. After we went out and came back, the blankets were exactly the way we folded but only to be put back up on our bed. Housekeeping didn’t change them. It’s ridiculous how something we place on the floor is just pick up and placed back on the bed without even being checked. When we told the reception they sent this housekeeping woman and the housekeeping lady wasn’t happy at all. She kept saying we’d be charged for changing new blankets in a super rude manner. When I spoke to the reception they said there’s no such thing unless it’s terrible stains that won’t go off. But our stains weren’t terrible neither did it have a hard time going off. Such encounters and people in the hotel truly give off a wrong impression to guests. I hope it’ll be rectified.

The thick curtain, for me is a must. I like dark room for good night sleep.
