Kin Ha Tulum Hotel

“Great hotel and location in Tulum. Friendly staff.”

The hotel and its location was excellent. Just a short walk of 5-10 mins to the main street and 10 mins from the ADO bus station. The staff at the hotel were lovely and for my partners birthday they did a breakfast of pancakes (his favourite) and had a cake and played the mexican version of happy birthday and we all danced! They were also helpful in giving us good directions for our cycle ride. Room was a good size and lovely and clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was fruit, omlette, fresh fruit juice (including watermelon one day which was lovely) and tea or coffee.

Nothing. NO complaints.

Loved our stay from start to finish. Huge room and huge bed, great aircon and ceiling fan, beautiful place built around a garden with a super chilled roof terrace too. Plug sockets, bathroom, space for cases and surfaces for unpacking all perfect. Amazing staff and owners, so kind and helpful, will absolutely be back. Location ideal for downtown Tulum and for taxis to the beach clubs/cenotes/brewery. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. Thanks so much for the lift to the terminal too, so kind of you 🥰

Nothing, noisy on the street outside at the weekend but never bothered us at all.

La hospitalidad de Gabriela, el sitio es agradable, cómodo, familiar, limpio y queda cerca de varios restaurantes

El hotel es precioso, según aparece en las fotos. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y habitaciones amplias. Tiene una terraza en la azotea con sofás y el trato del personal fue excelente.

La ventana del baño de nuestra habitación había sido tapiada por el edificio colindante.
