“Great hotel will be back”

The location was great to walk all around downtown or jump on the interstate to get around. The staff was also really nice when I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and sent a lovely piece of cake and come waters. And the same individual Joey who checked us in also remembered us when we left and wished us a happy anniversary which was wonderful.

The bed was not comfortable to sit in while waiting for some rain to pass and there was only one chair. Other than that the rest of the room and facilities was lovely

It was nice and staff were very friendly

Nice, clean, valet is pretty fast

Charger in room wasn’t working, WiFi sucked and charged late check out fee without any notice or warning. Didn’t call or knock at 11 to ask if we’re checking out late. Managers were rude - Elizabeth. Valet didn’t notify us of $55 per day charge. Very overpriced rooms.

“Great Rooftop Vibes”

We came to Tampa for a business networking event and experienced the rooftop on both Friday and Saturday. Saturday with DJ Erock was on another level. His music transformed the entire vibe and kept the energy going all night. The rooftop, staff, and service were amazing, but DJ Erock made the experience unforgettable. Marriott should book him for Friday nights too! we’d be back for that. Thank you for a great time JW Marriott & Dj Erock 💥
