As a Marriott Bonvoy member who can admittedly be a bit high-maintenance with questions and requests, I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service provided by Noo. From the moment I arrived at the Jubilee prestige hotel, Noo displayed superior patience, warmth, and professionalism. She thoroughly answered every single question I had and even took the time to give me a personal tour of my room prior to check-in. While the property itself may not be the newest, team members like Noo are what elevate the guest experience. Her welcoming attitude and top-tier customer service make you want to return again and again. She is a massive asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit!
