The breakfast was extremely disappointing considering it is a 5*. Despite paying £10 per person for a family of 4 is a lot, we had to ask for a refund. The fruit had all gone, no sausages, limited selection of food. One chef who took all day with one pan to cook up an omelette that she got wrong and decided to cut egg into 3 small pieces as there was a queue and she obviously felt the pressure. Very, very poor.
Better quality food and more of a choice, more speed from chefs in cooking up food, limited amount of water to our room! No table and chairs on the balconies. The rooms are spacious but very tired, in need of upgrades to carpets and bathrooms.
