“The place itself was great, owner we dealt with was awesome! location I did not care for”

Clean, quiet, comfortable

I did not like the stairs to go up.

The spaciousness of the interior and the bathroom.

The refrigerator isn't working and leaking water. A few more updated towels would have been nice.

There isn't anything I liked about the location or the inside of the apartment. If I was able to rate it negative zeros I would.

The apartment smelled like weed.The location was in a rough neighborhood with intoxicated individuals walking around. The location made my family and I uncomfortable so much to the point that I was nervous to leave my car outside. My family and I didn't stay for not even one night due to the location and the smell of the apartment. We spent additional money getting a hotel for us to feel comfortable. I spoke with the owner and asked for a partial refund not even the entire amount. The owner agreed and then ghosted me and customer service when asked to confirm the refund amount. I do not recommend staying here anytime of the day or night. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the way the owner handled the entire situation.

“Awful”

When we arrived the apartment smelled like stale cigarettes and pot. The sheets had a stain on them. We ended up leaving an hour after getting there. We requested a refund and the management said they would help us out then ignored further communication with me. Booking.com looked into it and only gave us a $42 credit. I will never book with them again and would definitely not recommend this apartment for rent.
