The hotel has a unique design, and the rooms are spacious and great for our family of 5. They have great amenities for kids, like a ping-pong table and a PlayStation room, which gave us parents some quiet time! The staff was very friendly and always available to help. Parking was efficient, with an off-site spot provided (at an additional cost). The hotel is clean with up-to-date facilities. All in all, it’s a great hotel, especially for families.
The location of the hotel is generally good, though not really within walking distance of main attractions. That said, buses and trams are easily accessible nearby. The shower water pressure was very weak, and there was no shampoo provided (though the body wash was great). Also, not much light in the room. They were all dimed. Everything else was really wonderful!
