“No regrets in NYC for business.”
Whenever we are in New York we choose the Intercontinental Barclay hotel. We enjoy the club lounge and always utilize the car service. We always have had very good drivers and appreciate the portals very much. They are pleasant and professional and happy to assist. We used a reward for to convert a room to a suite. We were especially thankful when at the ambassador desk they allowed us to stay in the suite for our entire stay. We stayed initially for two nights and then departed for some business meetings in Providence, Rhode Island. We returned for an additional four nights which had the upgrade to the suite. We never have encountered a problem and have found this hotel very helpful and the staff extremely professional. We are grateful for the Barclay staff who go out of their way to deliver a most enjoyable 6 nights in total. We are very a thankful to the entire staff for assisting us so much!

“B+ Experience”
Great location and beautiful rooms, and soap. I would have expected better hospitality just because it's a 4-star hotel; the front desk asked us why we needed another pair of slippers, and it was because we spilled water on them. As well, the time waited for the breakfast is extremely long

“We Love Being InContinent”
We typically prefer to stay at a Staybridge, so now you know where we’re coming from. We were completely impressed with our inaugural stay at an InterContinental, from the swanky lobby with bar, to the nicer rooms with Keurig, to the all day Lounge access for Ambassadors. Yes, there’s a $45 amenity fee, but you get a $30 food & beverage credit and a $20 garment care credit. Also, Ambassadors get a 4pm checkout! The Lounge, open from 7am to 9pm offers light bites, coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, soft drinks, candy, nuts and a machine which makes fresh sorbet once you place a pod in it. Rockefeller Center is only a few blocks to the west, so why don’t you just sashay your pretty little self on over to Saks Fifth Ave.
