Location was great for the O2, breakfast was good and included in the room rate. The room was quiet and we also used room service which came quickly and the food was very good.

TV didn't always pick up the signal properly so kept crashing and bizarrely whilst we were out at the concert someone came into our room and set up a third bed we didn't ask for - the hotel staff suggested this was probably a miscommunication re room numbers when I fed it back to them.

Very comfortable room and location, strong AC for the hot days, some coffee etc mini amenities, good products in the bathroom . Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent location for concerts .

It’s not possible that the concierge redirects you to the gift shop for an adaptor just to charge your phone for a bit and the adaptor costs 77£ . Or a bag of chips for 10£ . I’ve stayed in multiple hotels across the globe and for this premium price, you could get quick resolutions to such matters without paying almost 100£ to charge your phone and find a snack. Also, the shower kept leaking, no matter how much I tried to fix it on my own, it should be a bit better maintained and the TVs don’t give you the option to connect to streaming devices via your own account, which is a bit unusual in 2026 for the price of the rooms.
