“Clean and safe”

Clean and great location. Staff are lovely and I felt very comfortable at the hotel.

Only thing I had issue with was the temperature of the water in the shower swings between cold and hot!

“Very inconvinient and non cooperative staff”

We had 3 rooms for a night and we extended the stay for half a day for 1 room as we had our flight late evening with 1000 baths but as we left we were informed that the checkout time was 6 and we checked out 90 mins late at 7.30 so the staff misbehaved and made us pay forcibily another 1000 baths in combined more than what we payed on booking .com for a night per room . Its a shame for hospitality industry and the staff name AOM behaved ridiculously . I will be also writing to accor grp and ibis senior management with slip n proof for suitable action . Very unsatisfied of the behaviour we even offered that if u feel we are late charge us an hour of penalty as per room rates but they just wanted to do extortion

Temiz otel, personel çok ilgili. Konum olarak mrt ye 6 7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Sadece banyosu biraz küçük ama bu benim için büyük bir problem değil.
