Staff were super helpful

The hotel had helped us secure a cake for my mums birthday, the cake was stale. Black mold in shower and we had to buy water/drinks during our Half board dinner

“A good hotel, nut not quite 5-stars”

This is a nice hotel, but not quite 5-star, as advertised. The highlight is its great buffet breakfast, one of the best that I've seen. The breakfast crew was also extremely nice and helpful. The rest of the hotel crew were nice, but pretty nonchalant about issues (i.e., when the elevator stopped working, when we asked if our room was set up during check-in, etc.). Housekeeping would miss our requests (e.g., extra towel), almost every day. The room that we were in (Jr suite) was renovated, but I'm not sure how/why a family room was renovated in a way that the shower was full glass (and without a door, allowing water to get out), and the bathroom's glass wall was only half sanded (and with no fan). So that was pretty weird. Location is close to the metro and probably a 30-40 minute walk to downtown.

Quelques détail : disposez de thé avec le café en chambre, mettre des œufs durs et du saumon pour ceux qui ne mange pas de viande au petit déjeuner.
