The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, the hotel had a pretty modern feel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfy, overall a great experience, I would definitely be back.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The location was perfect, with the World Trade Center right next to it, easy for Uber to pick up and drop off, safe area. The room was very comfortable, the beds were great. Shower was awesome too. The best part of it was the breakfast. We had Rodolfo help us most of the days we stayed with Alan, they were both great. Food was delicious, they always made sure we had everything we needed. We went with our two kids and they prepared the pancakes specially for them, fruit plates, had almond milk for my coffee every time. Hot or cold chocolate for the kids. Service was excellent! Flor also helped us a couple of times and was also very attentive. We loved the staff.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and located in a great area with beautiful city views. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.
