“Good stay overall and a good hotel. Just keep in mind that it is a very large, touristy hotel that can become overcrowde”
The location is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities. The room had an excellent skyline view overlooking the Empire State Building. The reception, breakfast, and room service staff were very attentive.
The hotel is very large and can get overcrowded, which makes the service a bit slow. The breakfast was just okay. As the building is very tall, the elevators can take a long time, especially during peak hours. We were staying on one of the highest floors, and it sometimes took us around 15–20 minutes just to wait for an elevator.
