“Great value for money!”
The location is great, 5 min away from underground, and a lot of busses nearby, restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have requested a room with certain requirements and they did a great job. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to sleep in and try numerous cafes nearby. Highly recommend. We will for sure be back when visiting London.

Ein tolles, modernes und sehr zentrales 4-Sterne Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Betten sind wahnsinnig bequem. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Skybar auf dem Rooftop bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt.

“not a very pleasant stay due to the room I was placed in”
Some of the staff were really good a female attendant but I believe a gentleman called aditya(not too sure was not very helpful as the female attendant I am sorry I didn't catch her name. The male attendant changed my room to not what I booked and was not very helpful in attending to meeting what I was looking for.
I felt I was being pushed into taking a room I didn't want because my bookings got messed up.
