Please note that the hotel reserves the right to requests credit card authorizations, in order to verify the validity of the reservation. Please note that for NR rates, it is mandatory to fill the link from UNICRE sent by the hotel's reservation department. This is the only way to ensure that the payment is done. Please also note that access to the swimming pool requires climbing 2 flights of stairs. The swimming pool is located on the 11th floor, while the elevator only climbs up to the 9th floor. Equipment is available to help guests with limited mobility to gain access to the pool area. A deposit may be required at the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
