Poor organisation (room not being correct, random housekeeping/ no housekeeping). Multiple errors were made with our room and the way it was dealt with was poor, and received a free breakfast as compensation (a croissant and orange juice) , which we didn’t want anyway. A few staff (not all) weren’t whiling to help and made you feel like a constant inconvenience, especially a young lady receptionist. Was met with rolled eyes or completely ignored after saying hello and met with no eye contact.

The elevator was almost always out of order. There were no coffee capsules in the room, and when they were finally provided, the coffee machine did not work. The faucet was leaking, and the coffee machine at the coffee station in the lobby was also broken. When we asked about this at reception, we were told that the hotel is not obligated to provide coffee to guests and therefore is not responsible for this issue. We asked to speak with the hotel manager, but throughout our entire stay, he was not available to speak with us. Even when we left the hotel, we asked that he call us, but this still has not happened. We have stopped waiting.
