The view from the window was beautiful, which was definitely a positive aspect of the stay However, the lack of cleanliness took away from the overall experience

We stayed at Casa Giulia for two nights during my birthday trip. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. When we arrived, the bedding appeared to have been changed, but there were black hairs in the bed. The floors had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed, and there were food crumbs on the table and on the floor. I had to vacuum the apartment myself, which was very disappointing, especially as we were only staying for two nights and I expected the apartment to be clean and ready for our arrival.
