“Great location, great price, historic property”
Loved the location and area surrounding the hotel. Little grocery across the street made it easy to get drinks and snacks. Also love that it was a triple room with 3 beds. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and comfortable in a historic hotel. Couldn’t beat the price!
No real complaints - the shower was a slow drainer and tight when you’re in it but manageable.

“Disappointing”

Disappointing stay overall. There were homeless people congregating directly outside the entrance going through bins and we were approached for money as we entered, which wasn’t a great first impression. Smells strongly of urine. One of our rooms had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and extremely loud air conditioning. As we had limited time, I messaged the hotel through Booking.com. They acknowledged the message but nothing was done to resolve either issue. The shower head in another room would fall which made showering a struggle. No rubbish was taken from rooms despite housekeeping entering rooms. We also had problems with the room access/electrics: one door key stopped working, and in another room the card used to activate the lights stopped working. Staff fixed this. The hotel itself is very dated. We had also booked several rooms at slightly different prices, but some of our group were placed together in a separate building, despite the room/pricing differences being against our favour. At checkout, we weren’t even asked how our stay had been, which rather summed up the overall lack of attention to the guest experience. Overall, there were too many small issues, and the lack of response when problems were reported made the stay feel poor value for money. To leave a toilet not functioning after housekeeping has seen and after acknowledging a message is extremely poor.

El ascensor muy antiguo y si no te explican muy bien como llegar a tu habitación te pierdes al ser un edificio con mas viviendas

The location was very good
They took us to another building. The elevator was very old and too small for all of us. The soundproofing was terrible.
