The hotel looks nice, and the location is great. We had experience with great people. The people of the hotel, especially Nyriet, were great. She is the reason that we didn't leave the hotel and requested a change from Expedia. With that said, why the 3 stars then? The hotel air-conditioning system is failing, and we had to change rooms. The first room was masty, and there was no AC. We literally couldn't sleep from the masty smell in our room. We changed the room to somewhat better but still very hot room. We received an extra fan in order to have somewhat better conditions in the room. The staff was helpful, but there is a maximum of what they could have done. The hotel AC system needs an upgrade or major maintenance. So I'd avoid booking here if the temperature is above 28 I don't recommend this hotel. We visited in August, and the most days were above 30 to 34 C. The hotel is close to many amenities, but the area is somewhat scetchy, with many homeless people and filty surroundings.
