“Exceptional service”
The hotel is in a perfect location and the customer staff is unbelievable and made us feel so welcome. We lost our luggage and Armando went above and beyond to assist us and was truly amazing. Would recommend this place to everyone

“Great visit with family of 4”
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Maria in June 2026. We traveled with our family of four, including two kids. The hotel staff was kind, attentive and thoughtful. The room was perfect for our family and everyone had their own space. We would especially like to recognize Armando and the front desk staff who were incredibly responsive and supportive from the moment we booked the trip. They assisted us to get transportation, restaurant reservations, and more. Additionally Norman and the bar staff were awesome too! They were creative and thoughtful and made amazing drinks! The hotel was a clean sanctuary in the middle of a lovely neighborhood - best of both worlds. We look forward to returning some day!

“Loved it”
Loved our stay at Hotel Santa Maria. We loved being in Trastevere, the hotel itself was nice and quiet. It was refreshing to come back to air conditioning after hot days exploring Rome. The staff was very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Kevin made us the best cappuccinos every morning. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
