“Great value for money”

Very nice value for money : gym room, location, breakfast. Staff were very nice

Perhaps would have been better with a kettle & minibar in the room

Room size great, aircon very useful, nice external terrace, big bathroom, really helpful and lovely staff

Pillows not very comfy/solid, wardrobe hard to access, could not separate the twin beds very much

“4 star? More like 2.5”

In no way is this a 4-star hotel. I would rate it 2.5 to 3 stars at most. We stayed for six nights. Positives: The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The location is also good, about a five-minute walk from the Grands Boulevards area. Negatives: The hotel is very old and badly needs updating. Our room was extremely small for two people and felt more like a single room than a double. There was barely enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was also tiny, and the shower was clogged on our first night, although to their credit, it was fixed within a day. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition and size of the room, especially for a supposedly 4-star hotel. There are plenty of 3-star hotels in the same neighborhood that, just from looking inside, appeared newer and better maintained. The friendly staff and convenient location were the best parts of our stay, but the hotel itself does not deserve a 4-star rating.
