“Book a bigger room”

Staff was lovely, location was the best!

Wasn't that comfortable, hot and stuffy and it was very dark, the TV worked but had issues with sound.

“Fabulous stay in a lovely hotel and great location”

The staff were excellent very welcoming and accommodating. Location is one of the best in Mexico City and our room overlooked the park

Virtually nothing - the shower flow was weak, for some the TV might seem small but we weren’t visiting Mexico and staying in a boutique hotel to watch TV, and for some the live music from the street cafes and bars might be a little intrusive but that’s part of the charm of being in the heart of Condesa

“Beautiful place in the heart of Condesa 10 out of 10”

The hotel is very beautiful (authentically Mexican) which I love as it is more traditional instead of these ugly modern buildings that have destroyed Condesa. The bar is cool as well with great cocktails. As someone who lived 4 years in Mexico, it is also the absolute best location in the city. The staff were very attentive and very kind, great service. I will be back this weekend.
