The extra pullout sofabed mattress was less comfortable than the permanent kingsize bed in the room.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Location was great, close to many tourist attractions. Having little treats like cookies, sweets, and a glass of wine available in the lobby made the arrival feel warm and inviting. These thoughtful details really made the hotel feel more personal and welcoming.

The only small downside was the shower handle, which was quite stiff and a little difficult to rotate.
