“A memorable hotel and definitely coming back”

First of all I would like to thank all the staff members of the hotel. They were professional and listening from the day we arrived to the last day. We connect easily with them. They’re so understanding and kind. For the first experience in a hotel I’m in awe of it. The property itself is very good and unique. We felt confortable and secure during our trip especially because we were a group of girls. We liked the outdoor and indoor pool. The 6th floor where we can go sit for a chat is a very nice and calm place. The room is everything we wished for. And how is located was easy for us to explore the city without going so far. They gave us some tips about the activities, location, restaurants and beaches so yes definitely coming back to this hotel.

Actually we had some problem with the bathroom, the door of the shower wasn’t quite closed but it’s a little details that siding impacts our staying.

Excelente ubicación. El hotel ofrece magníficas vistas al puerto, a la Catedral y al Paseo Marítimo tanto de la habitación, como una vista panorámica fascinante desde la terraza del desayuno, que fue de excelente calidad y variedad. Estoy supercontenta de la atención supercálida y personalizada por el personal y de los servicios del hotel. Disposición de resolver cualquier problema o pedido. Recomiendo 100%. Mis vacaciones en Palma de Mallorca han sido una experiencia inolvidable.
