Excellent Location

For the price I would expect it a little more high-end the chairs on my balcony were broke they were stains in the elevator the staff was extremely dry low energy I felt like I was getting rations of towels and toilet paper had to call for both on them second day no explanation of charges $300 incidental security hold I have no problem with security deposits I never heard of one that much or was it explained anywhere on the website good thing I just expected it I will say this is a beautiful hotel and great location I just feel like they can do a lot better it was also an active construction site right next door where you heard the whistles blowing all day long

Staff was amazing, Sean is the best, his customer service is amazing he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Valet parking staff was very supportive! Cleaning staff was very friendly!

My experiences at The Riviera Restaurant have been disappointing, particularly regarding the quality of the food. Despite three attempts to enjoy a meal there, I found myself unable to finish the dishes, as they consistently fell short of my expectations. For instance, when I requested my meat to be cooked medium well, it arrived nearly raw. Additionally, the shrimp cocktail was served while still frozen, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, the coffee did not meet the standards one would hope for in a dining establishment.

The rooms were spacious and modern. Beautiful decor and clean. The front staff were excellent. Chakira was very accommodating, allowing us to check in slightly early after coming off a cruise. The food at the adjoining restaurant in the lobby was very good. Everyone that works at the facility is very helpful. They gave us many suggestions of what to do and where to eat. The pool area had a nice breeze since it is located on the fourth floor. Highly recommend.
