Great location, clean rooms and most of the staff were good. One grumpy lady at the desk.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that non of us slept much the whole trip. I asked if there was anything available with a softer bed/pillows but all room are the same. Even my kid said the bed made his body hurt. The first day we had booked lunch for a group of 6 of us. They had multiple items on the very small menu not available. I don’t drink but… they had only 2 kinds of beer including bud light and Modello. No vodka. Wine was cheaper. We ended up going elsewhere after drinks. Room service was near impossible to reach by phone. We had to cancel our breakfast in the day we left because we had ordered via voicemail and it never came. We left a 2nd voicemail to cancel it.
