Too noisy - the street noise kept going late night and the noise insulation wasn’t enough.

Fantastic location - 1 min walk to the beach and in the main area of 5th Ave. also short walk to ADO bus station and ferry. Staff were amazing!

Oh wow, this place was absolutely superb! Beautiful property on the main street of PDC, absolutely spotless. Huge room with everything you need. Most comfortable bed we slept on our entire vacation. Splendid traditional Mexican style decor and value for money great. Garden is very pretty, although we didn't see loads of it as it was too hot during the day. Tea and Coffee offered in the morning. Chilled water dispensers in the hallways and room AC very comfortable. Very useful in the heat. Most of all, the staff were great and gave plenty of great tips from restaurants to helping us plan a day trip to Puerto Morelos. Special shout out to Michelle for the suggestions and some lovely conversations over our stay. Also finally, they have an adorable cat who sometimes pays a visit and is very friendly. Here's a picture of him having a nap one evening we came back. Overall amazing, if we ever come back this way we'll have to pay another visit! Thanks once more to Michelle for all the helpful suggestions for our stay, restaurant recommendations, and very nice conversations about cats :)

As is usually the case in Mexico, it's stairs only, which is less than ideal with heavy bags. Not a deal breaker and something that is very common, so please don't let it deter you folks! Have zero other complaints aside from that.
