Bed was comfortable. Front desk were friendly.
I wish the rooms were soundproofed as I could conversation and coughing. Also, the clock radio has an iPhone/iPod dock from 15 years go. It is time for an upgrade on that. Thank about installing USB charging ports into the rooms. I have a portable charging station, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but other clients may not have noticed luxury.

Very good location, close to tube station, nice representative building. Bathroom had window which is very convenient. Nice furniture.
AC very noisy, bathroom-small, humid, coffee machine-poorly functioning, room small for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 kids), no fridge, noise from the street, slow elevators. Worst of all - pillows that smelled very badly😬.

“Excellent place in the Upper West Side”
Wonderful housekeeping staff. Room was immaculate. Friendly front desk and doorman. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to many restaurants and next to the subway 1 line.
