“Thank you for a lovely stay in Seville”
The rooms were fabulous, in particular the bathrooms - the shower was bigger than our bathroom at home! Very comfortable bed and the housekeeping staff kept everything exceptionally clean. We had a minor issue with a cricket getting stuck in the walls one night and it made a bit of a racket, but the night reception staff were more than happy to allow us to change rooms for the night. Certainly not the hotel’s fault, but dealt with very well nonetheless. Service across the board was brilliant - the breakfast staff made a great effort to remember details about your trip and your preferences which was a lovely touch, in particular Camile (I think!). Breakfast itself was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. We had a great stay and would hesitate to return, thanks to everyone at Hotel Lobby!
