“Small hotel with friendly/helpful staff”
The staff, particularly the gentleman on reception were very friendly and helpful. The afore mentioned gentleman saw us on CCTV when we arrived and rushed up the stairs to bring our luggage in for us. On leaving he took our luggage back up the stairs for us whilst we waited for a taxi. He was always very friendly and when we came back in the evening he even had our room keys out waiting for us on the reception desk! The bathrooms looked like they had been recently refurbished and were of a very high standard.
