“Great Hotel Outstanding Staff”

From the moment I arrived at Hilton Hotel Flor Tampa, I knew I had chosen the right place. While the hotel itself is beautiful, what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine commitment to guest service made all the difference. I would especially like to recognize the front desk team—Abu, Marcia, and Mikesha. Every interaction with them was warm, welcoming, and professional. They consistently greeted guests with a smile, answered questions with patience, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Their positive attitudes set the tone from the moment I walked through the doors. The restaurant staff also deserves special recognition. JJ, Dan, AK, and Steffany provided outstanding service during every meal. They were attentive, personable, and made dining at the hotel a pleasure. Their hospitality reflected a genuine desire to ensure every guest had a great experience. I also want to thank the excellent valet team. They were always prompt, courteous, and efficient, making arriving and leaving the hotel completely stress-free. A special thank-you goes to the drivers, Ulises Torres, Fred, and others. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made transportation easy and enjoyable. They represented the hotel with the highest level of customer service. It's easy for a hotel to have beautiful rooms and amenities, but it's the people who create lasting memories. Every member of the team I encountered treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Hotel Flor Tampa is fortunate to have such an outstanding group of employees. I highly recommend Hotel Flor Tampa to anyone visiting the Tampa area. Because of the incredible staff, I look forward to returning on my next visit.

“Beautifully restored 1920’s Historical Landmark”

Gorgeous hotel with a long history. Staff is outstanding and rooms are well appointed. The breakfast in The Dan was delicious. My only suggestion would be to add speakers to the stairways, we had a fire alarm go off after 10 pm and told to evacuate the hotel. A group of us on the 14th floor made our way down the staircase and out the door only to see everyone enjoying themselves in The Dan blissfully unaware that an alarm had gone off. We joined a large group in the lobby and was told it was a false alarm. It would have been nice to receive that message in the stairwell before trudging down 14 flights! Otherwise it’s a fantastic hotel and will be back!

We are delighted!! We checked in late afternoon on Friday and Quincy was managing the Dan.. not only did she serve the most delicious drinks and charcuterie, but she connected with us with shuttle transportation and told us all about this beautiful hotel, events and amenities! ! We met Daniel also who was very helpful and friendky— your entire staff has been so welcoming! Thank you!
