I just want to give a shoutout to Marisela at the front desk. We stopped in this morning to try to get some help for a friend who is staying at the Edison, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what we needed and immediately took care of it for us. After a frustrating experience the night before, her kindness and willingness to help meant more than she probably realized. She was warm, helpful and just genuinely nice to deal with. Thank you, Marisela! You made our morning and we really appreciated you.

Very good location! Close to times square and broadway as well as subway and bus stations. Also, i love the complimentary coffee and to-go breakfast.

The air conditioning was quite noisy. My husband slept through it but unfortunately it woke me up every now and again.

Great Location. Options for breakfast. Two beds.

Bath Tub—beyond disgusting. Would not be surprised if there was black mold underneath the cracks. Needs to be fixed immediately. Everything else was terrific!
