“Excellent”

Friendly helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere.

Minor point but the terrace from the room could have been more private with more comfortable chairs to enjoy the weather and view.

The terrace view was impressive and worth every euro! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!

There was a slight odor in the room maybe from the plumbing? It seemed better after we ran water in each plumbing drain & with the terrace doors open it dissipated. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Excellent location as it’s very central in old town. Property has an amazing view of Tagus from rooftop. Staff is just awesome especially the front office staff, genuinely customer service oriented people and made us very comfortable and welcoming.

Corridors leading to rooms had distinct smell due kitchen location.

Its location, close to everything and in the heart of the city. The room size is spacious. Cleanliness is another positive point. The breakfast is very good. A welcome-Portuguese typical pastry is left in the room and also a welcome letter. Complimentary water too. Upon checkout, I was given a small bottle of wine as a gift/treat.

I really do not have anything to dislike of.
