Hôtel bien emplacé. Réceptioniste est très gentille.

Malheureusenent très déçue par le petit déjeuner. À 8 heures du matin il manquait beaucoup de nourriture. Chambre pas propre trouvé des cheveux longs alors que j'ai des cheveux courts. WLAN ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps. Porte de douche ouverte en bas donc la salle de bains est remplie d'eau après douche

I had dreamed of visiting Paris for over 30 years, and I spent six months saving for this trip. Because it was a special occasion, I chose this hotel and paid around €300 per night for a six-night stay, expecting a comfortable and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a dark, narrow staircase and an extremely small elevator that could barely fit one person and one suitcase. The room itself was far smaller than I expected for the price. It was so small that I could not even fully open my carry-on luggage inside the room. The closet door was also broken, which made it difficult to store my belongings properly. The room felt poorly maintained. The bedside lamp was broken, the bathtub had no shower curtain, the toilet was awkwardly exposed, and the showerhead had no proper holder, making it difficult to use. What bothered me the most was the unpleasant smell throughout the room. It made it difficult to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I understand that many buildings in Paris are historic, and I don’t expect every hotel to be modern. However, for the price I paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I felt that the quality was far below what I had paid for. This trip to Paris had been my lifelong dream. Sadly, instead of returning to a welcoming place each evening, I came back to a room that left me feeling disappointed and discouraged. It overshadowed what should have been one of the happiest experiences of my life. To be fair, there were a few positive aspects. The hotel staff were always polite, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a huge relief during the Paris heatwave, when temperatures reached around 95°F (35°C). Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden var ideel for at komme rundt i byen. Morgenmaden var udmærket. Der var el-kedel på værelset og sengen var god.

Badeværelset var meget lille.
