Location.
Staff require more training. If you care about pillow quality, unfortunately this was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The staff also called guests by name openly in the very small lobby, in front of other guests, which felt unprofessional and lacked basic privacy standards. Even for a 4-star hotel, I expected better.

Partenariat avec un parking. Attention. Ne faites pas comme nous. Ne vous trompez pas de parking! Allez bien jusqu’au parking en face du Claridge!

“Great place just spot in for what we needed”
Delightful stay in a great location for what we required being le tour weekend the rooms was clean and bright and well equipped albeit small bed comfy staff were lovely too
