“Beautiful Hotel - Charming - Touring A+”

We had five nights here. The staff is very friendly, rooms very clean, housekeeping amazing and bathrooms / water pressure perfect and UPDATED. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding too. We had a king bed and another bed for our 15 year old daughter. We enjoyed the location too. The biggest highlight is its fantastic location – it’s within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum, and many other attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Rome. Give yourself extra time to get to airport if you are leaving from this hotel. It's in the heart of ROME and traffic is madness! You can walk to so many restaurants. The food in Italy is amazing. The breakfast and coffee at this hotel was perfect. Our family had a lovely 30 min breakfast (buffet) before we started our day. I highly recommend this hotel. Pamela is the best!!! Housekeeping so friendly. We also did laundry service (same day). Perfect!! The Pantheon area has so many amazing places to dine....in that area.

This lovely hotel is so well located. Set in the small back streets, yet only a stone's throw from the busy city roads it is unbelievably peaceful. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain one way, and from Spanish Steps the other, 10 minutes to the Pantheon. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast included. The room we had was a superior double - very nice - had a vestibule area with a single bed in it, as well as a separate room with the double bed and the ensuite. everything was spotlessly clean. Good shower (nice and hot and powerful) and very comfortable beds. We even had a little outside patio area too. All luxuries provided (dressing gowns, slippers, in-room safe, air con etc). And bags securely stored free of charge. Would highly recommend.

would recommend this hotel to every family member and friend I know without hesitation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Jose and Paolo are just two of the amazing staff members whose name I remember for their exceptional service. I truly wish I could name every single person who made this a wonderful experience! Reception team rocked as well!! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a little outdated, but it was immaculately clean so it certainly wasn’t an issue. Despite being right in the heart of Rome, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. One of our favorite features was the first floor terrace, which was such a bonus during the hot weather. We enjoyed taking our drinks up there to relax in the shade and enjoy the lovely breeze. Everything about our stay was fantastic and I honestly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. You will not regret staying here! If we come back to Rome this will be our go to.

Musty smell in room. Very old hotel inside. Only one real place to charge devices. The rooms were just really old.
