“Superb location , fabulous helpful staff”
Fabulous location, walkable from Termini in under 10 min with bags so great for cruise train or train from the airport. Also around the corner from Castro Pretoro metro 3 stops direct to colosseum. Very helpful staff who accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated . Spotless room with little balcony we sat out on & lovely facilities slippers etc. we have rebooked to stay again before we leave room after our cruise
Nothing except the hallway could do with mats as the bare floors meant it was noisy when trying to sleep with people pulling bags to rooms but that was a very minor issue
