Nothing. Everything was so good.

スタッフの方が親切でした。他のスペインのホテルでは、チェックインに時間をかなり要しましたが、こちらのホテルはささっとやってくださいました。朝食も美味しかったです。

事前に確認して分かってはいたのですが、エレベーターがないのは少し不便だなと感じました。部屋にティッシュが無かったのは残念でした。

Beautiful property, once we got placed in the room we reserved it was wonderful!

We were initially placed in a room that was smaller than what we reserved and it was very hot on the 4th floor. Also no elevators, however staff will help with luggage. We had one bad customer service experience but everyone else on the team was very kind. They moved us to a superior room after our second day and it was perfect from there
