Habitación, camas y baño extremadamente pequeños. Muy poco lugar para guardar el equipaje. El proceso de check in super incomodo, lo debia hacer uno de manera online al momento de llegar en un sistema que no funcionaba bien

Shelby was exceptional. We were there on a family emergency and she was so kind and attentive. Her customer service exceeded our expectations, and she really made us feel heard. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was great. We enjoyed the courtyard and morning coffee to unwind before heading to Cedars-Sinai hospital, which was only minutes away. I highly recommend the hotel!

I was charge twice for parking, but my bank got that squared away.
