“A wonderful hotel in Paris — it truly felt like home”

The location is excellent! You are just a few steps from the Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and several metro and bus stations. It is an incredibly convenient location for exploring Paris, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming when you return after a long day. The rooms are beautiful — modern, spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room made our stay feel easy and relaxing. The pool and wellness area are an absolute gem. Having such a peaceful space to relax in the middle of Paris feels like a real luxury, especially after spending the day walking around the city. But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, kind and genuinely helpful. At one point, I was having difficulty communicating with Air France regarding our flight to Athens, and the hotel staff went out of their way to help me resolve the situation. They absolutely did not have to do it, but they did — with patience, kindness and a genuine desire to help. Those are the details you remember long after a trip is over. Paris can sometimes feel busy and overwhelming, but every time we walked back into Astra Opera, I felt completely at ease. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, wonderful facilities and, above all, exceptional people. I would stay again without hesitation

What a lovely hotel experience! Booked last minute, made some requests which were responded to and accommodated very quickly by the fabulous desk team. Hotel location is perfect, walkable to all major attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby if you want something local, neighbourhood feels safe and has a nice buzz day and night. Handy pharmacy and supermarket on the street for all those essentials. Coffee machine and lobby snacks, plus sauna and pool make this hotel extra special and quite unique in a capital city. Not very often do you get great hospitality, top location and good amenities all under one roof in a large and busy city, so congratulations Astra for nailing that! Special mention to Massi and Sophie, thank you for the warm welcome. We’ll be back and will recommend you!
