“Not quite how it looks in the photos”

This hotel has a beautiful location with lovely public areas but your rooms seem to vary considerably. Our bathroom and general maintenance of the room looked nothing like the adverts. They were dated and difficult for tall people to clamber into the shower because of the ceilings and the fact you were stood in a sunken bath to shower . Our bed was up a very steep set of stairs on a different floor to the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or health conditions. Outside park is nice. If you get a new room overlooking the park, you have won. If you get a double level non refurbished room on the street, then you haven't.

“Charme et confort”

La situation, la terrasse du restaurant donnant sur le parc, le calme , la grandeur et le confort de la chambre, la qualité de la literie , le charme et la décoration de l’hôtel , la qualité de la restauration

Pas assez de rangement dans les chambres. Sol glissant dans la salle de bain pouvant être dangereux , les quantités minimalistes des plats au restaurant par ailleurs excellents

“Good stay at a good hotel.”

Room was good but the top mattress on the bed kept sliding off making the sleeping experience awkward. Facilities at the hotel are good though it is a bit out from the city centre. That said there are plenty pf good options to get into the city centre (tram, bus train).

Top mattress on the bed. Could be more secure. Bar/restaurant prices are a bit high for outside the city centre.
