Hotel-Apartamento con gran terraza

“Location was good and served our purposes for a short stay in Majorca.”

Jelyn's property served our purposes for the short visit (3 nights) we had in Majorca. Once we got our bearings, we found this apartment to be well located within walking distance to major sites, conveniences and restaurants. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with information, which we appreciated.

The negatives to this property were the cement steps to get upstairs to the apartment, especially with numerous pieces of large luggage. It was a workout to get our belongings upstairs. The entrance to the top terrace was extremely awkward as well, which we did not use. The bathrooms were a little small but manageable, and the bed sheets felt damp, even though we had the A/C on. Also, the building next door is under renovation. None of these comments were deal breakers. I would still recommend this apartment highly, just be aware of the steps to enter.

Krásny apartmán, so všetkým, čo môžete potrebovať. Oceňujem, že každá spálňa má svoju vlastnú kúpeľňu. Poloha je jedinečná, pretože máte naozaj blízko do centra, ale bývate mimo turistického hluku. Blízko sú skvelé reštaurácie, potraviny, ... Majiteľka je veľmi ústretová, napriek tomu, že náš prílet bol v neskorých nočných hodinách, odovzdanie prebehlo bez problémov. Môžem len odporučiť.

Location

No elevator, so it can get annoying if you are with kids. Total area on the posting is including the terrace which gives a wrong impression of the size of apartment. Washing machine was broken.

“Great place to stay in Palma”

It was clean, has everything we needed, great location! Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The terrace was excellent!

The Internet didn’t work properly in the bedrooms so had to take some work calls in the living room. The boiler is small so the hot water was limited for 4 people - had to take quick showers.
