The hotel and the room were clean, the staff in general were pretty friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is decent, food is delicious.

The payment process for debit cards was seriously problematic. Multiple duplicate authorization holds were placed on my card throughout the stay, on top of the actual agreed charges. As a result, my bank account balance went negative from July 9th until July 15th — six days — before the excess holds were finally released. When I called to explain the issue, a supervisor told me she “didn’t understand my frustration,” despite my account being in the negative that entire time. I’m also still waiting on the $200 remaining from my $500 security deposit, after valet parking fees were deducted from it — the hotel has acknowledged this balance is owed but hasn’t paid it yet. This system is especially risky for international guests paying with debit cards, since holds directly block real funds rather than just available credit. Separately, the parking fee is steep, and valet is the only option — there’s no self-parking available

Gym was poorly equipped. I passed. Not worth the effort
