“Fabulous hotel!”
Hotel was fabulous. Located in the centre of Las Ramblas with a stunning rooftop pool with lovely views. The room was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed. A visit to the spa is recommended and staff were very helpful. Breakfast had everything you could wish for to set you up for the day. Can't recomend highly enough.

Great facilities and a few steps from La Rambla. The breakfast and bar staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
We checked in at 4.30, a half hour after the 4pm check-in time. The check-in was lengthy and we were made to feel that we were an inconvenience because we hadn’t checked-in online. Our room wasn’t ready and luckily we were meeting friends on the roof terrace for drinks. The reception staff said they would call me as soon as the room was ready. At 6.30pm we went to reception to check on the room because no one had rang me. We were told that they had been too busy to let us know that the room had been made ready earlier. We received no apology or explanation other than they had been too busy for us. The reception staff were quite frosty with us.
