we were there for for a poetry event that I was featured in on the lower east side. We were driving one of the facilitators into the city from upstate so they wouldn't have to drive and park and transport all their equipment in the city. When we booked the room the location was perfect. When we opened the draped our jaws dropped. The view of the NYC skyline from our room was completely spectacular. The room wasn't big but was laid out very well so we could put all our stuff away and not feel cramped. We then moved to my niece's in Astoria for three days. Then the last night we came back so we would be ready to pick up our friends. We really were wowed by price, location, and the spectacular view. Worth it . Id send the picture we took if it would let me. thanks. The desk people were also fabulous and helpful. Place was neat clean and cool during the Canadian Smoke Mess. Thanks for being there!

I would have liked a bathtub instead of a shower, but I am a dying breed on that. I like the combo bath and shower. Bath for my arthritis and shower for boyfriend.
