Overall, I had a great stay. I was very pleased to receive a room upgrade, and the early check-in was greatly appreciated after arriving on an early flight. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable from the start. The location is excellent and was very convenient for work, with everything I needed nearby. Considering the price I paid, I felt it offered very good value for money. The only downside was the lift. It was out of service during my stay, which meant long waits to get to and from the rooms. This was quite inconvenient and the only aspect that affected an otherwise positive experience. If the price remains similar, I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, complimentary drink and parking due to us waiting for our room. Rooms very spacious and comfortable

Checknin was 2pm but room wasn't ready until 4pm. Had to wait two hours for our room to be ready. However, it was busy due to an event at Wembley, and we were offered a free drink and free parking. Car park was busy we managed to get the last spot.

The location is great. Oxford tube bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Other bus stops are few steps away. Underground metro station is close as well. The hotel smelled nice when you first walk in, staff is amazing, very friendly.

The room is worn out. The beds are moving, you can't lock them. The head of the bed has scratches, the leather is worn out. Loud at night from the busy street.
