Absolutely brilliant location and very safe. Unbelievable roof top bar with gorgeous view. Room was spacious, clean and had all the necessities. Air conditioning was great.

We were given an interconnecting room which we didn’t ask for and the door was unlocked between the rooms when we got there. Reception staff were very rude upon arrival. However all other staff were so helpful and friendly

Cafe da manha é um voucher o cafe que fica acoplado ao hotel, muito bem servido e gostoso... Quarto de 27m2 espaco otimo para o nivel dos hoteis de NY... banheiro c box... Deixam as encomendas que chegam no quarto muitas vezes, funcionarios muito atenciosos... Taxi p o aeroporto em um preco super justo! Super bem localizado p quem quer ficar longe da turistagem padrao (Times Square) e viver uma vibe mais local!

Poderiam pelo nivel do hotel deixar uma agua de cortesia (ate pq deixam a maquina de cafe e capsulas mas n deixam a agua p o cafe, vc tem que descer no subsolo p encher) Mas isso so um detalhe, foi tudo otimo

Location excellent, The beds are very comfy. the reception team are very nice and were very helpful with everything within the hotel and would help with suggestions of what to do in New York. Thought the cleaners were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
