The water in the bathroom is hard water very difficult to lather your soap while bathing which is very uncomfortable and the fact that they cannot help with very late checkouts

It was a really lovely stay. Special thanks for the staff who work in the returns and the lovely Chef. We had an event and ordered a meal for 3pm. This was not a normal time for them, but there had been a misunderstanding during the booking. While it meant he had to cater for us specially, he did not mind. The food tasted so amazing! The staff at the bar were also lovely. Thanks a lot.

Das Zimmer an sich war ganz in Ordnung. Die Lage ist recht praktisch, es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen mit u.a. einer Linie die direkt zum Piccadilly Circus durch fährt und von Harrods aus kommt man auch mit einem Bus direkt zum Hotel. Es gibt eine Subway Station in der nähe, die ist aber eine Endhaltestelle auf einem Abzweig der Districtline und wird nur hin und wieder angefahren.
Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, hatten durchweg um die 30°C im Zimmer. Es war zwar 1 Ventilator und ein Kühlgerät bereitgestellt, aber wirklich geholfen haben die natürlich nicht. Im Hotelflur hingegen war es sehr angenehm kühl klimatisiert. Fenster konnten wir auch nicht aufmachen um bspw. Nachts die Temperatur im Zimmer etwas zu senken. Das Zimmerpersonal war auch etwas neben der Spur, Zimmer für 3 Gäste und nur 1 Bettdecke. Nach 2 Nächten hatten wir dann auf einmal 2 Bettdecken. Ist nicht so dramatisch, weil bei 30°C im Zimmer reicht das Laken sowieso völlig aus. Anfangs waren auch 3 Tassen und 3 Gläser bereitgestellt, ab dem 2. Tag waren es dann nur jeweils 2. Kaffee wurde einen Tag auch nich aufgefüllt. Und es war lediglich 1 Steckdose frei im Zimmer, die anderen beiden waren durch das Kühlgerät und den Ventilator blockiert. Für ein Hilton Hotel ist das ziemlich erbärmlich.
