“Amazzzzzzing!!! ;)”

Had the chance to go with with my parents and stay here. It's amazing!!!! It was shocking to open our door to find we'd been upgraded woohoo!!!! The room was incredible full kitchen, Washer and dryer, an amazing view of our patio and that bathroom OMG!!!!! There are 2 pool areas the one was very loud and busy and chaotic but there's another off to the side and it was nice. It was quiet not crazy and the hot tub is unbelievable. They have a game room and activities and then there's a little marketplace and cafe, and there's a little bar and grill. I did go into the marketplace and it was pretty good but we didn't get to do any of the other stuff. Parking is nice in the parking garages. They do have a ticket center on-site so you can get discount tickets to stuff to do in Orlando. All in all if I got the chance I'd stay here again!!! : ] *Only real complaint is they need towels kept by both pool areas that was a little confusing*

Excellent location. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming.

At first was told that parking was free but had to pay for parking when we got there. No biggie. It was $15 but it was a surprise

Beautiful resort. Great customer service. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. As soon as you request something via text, it arrives such as towels or other items you may need during your stay. Its proximity to the Parks, restaurants, grocery stores and easy access to interstate four also makes it very desirable It’s very clean and very beautiful. So many people made our stay good such as Julian and Juan at the front desk as well as Molka and Jeremy. Also wanted to mention Jess, who was one of the servers by the pool very accommodating. Again, everyone that does feel right at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
