“If you want to be close to shopping this is your hotel.”

It was conveniently located in an area with restaurants and stores. The beds were comfortable and the establishment was clean throughout. The front desk staff were really friendly. My grandson stated that was the best shower he has ever had which says a lot coming from a 8 year old boy.

The breakfast was not very good. I ordered an omelette with potatoes. The potatoes were hard, extreme dry and black. They look like day old potatoes. The waiter noticed and said, I don’t know why they gave you these but I gave you some more from the breakfast bar. The bar food was subpar at best. We also wish they had a pool.

The accommodations were comfortable. Air conditioning worked as it should. Plenty of towels provided.spacious room. Great location for many in our group.

It was very disappointing. I expected it to be included. Then I realized it was a paid meal. Truly, the eggs were cold, as were the potatoes. I basically had a bagel with PB and then get a bill for $20+. My roommate, Karen Turner, has already answered this survey and received a call from the manager saying that our bill for the food would be refunded. I appreciated the response, as the lady at the front desk was a bit dismissive. When we checked in, the gentle man who helped us (Travis, I believe) said we could split our bill on checkout, but then we found out that wasn't true. Also disappointing. To be fair, I did book through booking.com- but I would think the check in staff would be aware of all that. I was also surprised to be charged for parking- why?

Convenience. Could walk to other restaurants and supermarkets, shops.

Buffet breakfast could be improved, but à la carte option was better.
